Job Description

    Role Description The VP- Delivery, as face of Capgemini Business Services for C-level client stakeholders, is expected to represent and secure our clients brand with their customers, stakeholders, and investors (NPS, other customer experience programs). The key success factors of the role include building strong client partnerships, supporting sustainable and transformative growth and proactive orchestration of the Business Services and Group assets to maximize business impact for our clients and Capgemini Business Services. The specific job responsibilities of a VP- Delivery vary depending on the client (company and industry specific), but typically includes Strong understanding of business process in an outsourcing context. Knowledge of majority of the following processes is mandatory namely Finance Accounting, HR services, Supply Chain and Customer operations Be the key face to the client from an end-to-end delivery perspective Ability to work with the Offshore and nearshore teams in a collaborative manner to ensure the client objectives are met. Strong Delivery management work towards creating a no surprise delivery environment Drive the Transformation mindset at the client end. Create and drive a clear Transformation agenda and roadmap for every client managed Drive a merit-based performance culture where performance is immediately rewarded, and non-performance is immediately fixed Financial performance Drive margin improvement through organic improvements (Technology like RPA and machine learning tools as prime focus to drive margins) Primary Skills Our Ideal Candidate Experience: 20+ years in transitions and transformations with a proven track record in creating value propositions, transition business case, and industry-specific offerings. Strategic Skills: Expertise in designing transition solutions, contracting structures, and identifying new business opportunities. Support sales teams in building compelling business cases. Process Improvement: Lead continuous process improvements and transformations, performing maturity assessments as needed. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise: Domain Knowledge: Extensive understanding of end-to-end Finance & Accounting (F&A) and Supply Chain processes, with in-depth knowledge of central finance reporting and management reporting. Influence & Ambition: Ability to influence stakeholders and work independently towards goals with a creative approach. Skills (competencies),
