Leading and managing a team of Managers to meet or exceed sales targets and achieve other key performance indicators. 2. Developing and executing a channel partner onboarding strategy to attract and retain top-performing franchise and channel partners. 3. Developing and maintaining relationships with key channel partners to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 4. Identifying and evaluating new channel partner opportunities and making recommendations to the senior management team. 5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and initiatives to support the channel partner program. 6. Conduct regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to ensure that team members are meeting their targets and developing their skills. 7. Providing feedback to the senior management team on the effectiveness of the channel partner program and making recommendations for improvements. 8. Do regular trainings so the team is well acquianted.
