Job Description
- We are hiring for Process Executive - Insurance Claims for Pune Location. Location: Pune Qualification: Graduate Shift: 24/7 (Rotational Shifts) Experience: Min 1 Year Notice Period - Immediate to 30 days only Job Description Roles & Responsibilities: . Executes client transactions (Claims Management/Agreement management/Insurance Support) i.e. attends to the transactions, verifies basic information, and closes customer query/issue as per the defined SOP/parameters prescribed. . Execute day to day operational tasks . Ensure that quality standards are met . Customer query handling . Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers" requests . Must exhibit responsibility . Additional responsibilities as defined by SME, TL or Manager Technical Skills: . Good knowledge of MS-Excel . Excellent communication skills both verbal and written . Knowledge & performance management . Customer orientation .
