    Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Analyst with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Teams and Service Desk operations. This role requires working from the office during night shifts. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication. The candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our service desk operations and ensuring seamless communication within the team. Responsibilities Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Teams to ensure smooth operations. Oversee service desk activities and ensure timely resolution of issues. Monitor and manage service desk tickets ensuring all are addressed within SLA. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring technical issues. Maintain detailed documentation of service desk activities and resolutions. Conduct regular training sessions for team members on Microsoft Teams best practices. Assist in the development and implementation of service desk processes and procedures. Ensure all service desk interactions are logged and tracked accurately. Analyze service desk performance metrics and provide recommendations for improvement. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on service desk priorities. Stay updated with the latest developments in Microsoft Teams and service desk technologies. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients. Contribute to the continuous improvement of service desk operations. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Microsoft Teams and service desk operations. Have excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Demonstrate proficiency in English both written and spoken. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Show ability to work effectively in a night shift environment. Have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues. Display a commitment to providing high-quality service and support. Certifications Required ITIL,
