Good code and configuration spark knowledge (at least 1 or 2 profiles should be very good at spark configuration and cluster configuration level) Good/medium level of scala and/or python (need a balance on this of python and scala but ideally they could handle both) At least 1 or 2 should have a good/medium level of knowledge of Airflow Good with maven (dependencies and project setups),
