Job Description
- Job Summary Responsibilities Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee the implementation of Scrum and Kanban methodologies to optimize workflow and productivity. Provide guidance and support to team members on Agile best practices and principles. Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog ensuring alignment with business objectives. Monitor and track team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Lead the adoption of the SAFe Framework to scale Agile practices across multiple teams and projects. Ensure that all team members understand and adhere to Agile processes and principles. Foster a culture of transparency accountability and continuous learning within the team. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Identify and address any impediments or blockers that may hinder the teams progress. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and issues. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the teams Agile knowledge and skills. Drive the continuous improvement of Agile processes and practices within the organization. Qualifications Possess a deep understanding of Kanban Scrum and SAFe Framework. Demonstrate strong expertise in Agile Methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and mentor Agile teams. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Scrum Master role. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification is required. SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification is a plus. Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Trello. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.,
