- Job Title Avanade Deal Shaping & Pricing Deal Support Specialist Country India City Bangalore About You You are a passionate and hardworking finance professional with a fascination for the shaping of deals, with validated advance analytical and interpersonal skill About the job As a member of the Avanade Deal Shaping & Pricing team, you will leverage your advanced analytical and finance skills to provide independent judgment and expertise to the global team responsible for the financial aspects of crafting and pricing client engagements and corporate transactions. You will execute complex tasks, coordinate processes, and serve as a subject matter expert in the bid process. Day-to-day, your work will include: Advise Avanade leadership on structuring transactions for large, complex multi-Market Unit consulting and managed services engagements. Manage the financial aspects of crafting, structuring, and closing transactions, ensuring compelling business cases for both Avanade and its clients. - Prepare and interpret detailed financial models using specialized tools. Develop innovative and executable deals, including leading commercial arrangements across multiple concurrent opportunities. Prepare detailed pricing responses for client submissions and contribute to client deliverables. Evaluate financial investment performance and underlying costs through the creation of valuation and pricing models, as well as market and competitive assessments. Ensure globally consistent financial deliverables, maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and commercial standards. Support proposal and project teams by managing the financial landscape of deal reviews and facilitating the transition to delivery. Perform advanced calculations, analysis, and projections independently. - Translate detailed financial concepts into actionable insights and reports for the business. Verify the accuracy of outputs from critical financial systems and lead troubleshooting and correction activities. Lead workstreams and processes within larger projects/initiatives and review the work of junior colleagues. Produce deliverables and reports under the direction and review of senior team members. Tertiary qualified in Commerce, Finance or related field (CA, CWA, MBA or equivalent) Understanding of consulting/professional services contracts and deal structures (Local and Global) Experience of working in technology companies and/or consulting companies Ability to work in a cross functional team environment and drive outcomes Strong written and oral communication skills Experience dealing with executives regarding financial reporting and accounting matters Translation of financial data into tangible business insights Strong analytical skills Advanced time management skills Knowledge of resource management and staffing costings are helpful Strong in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, SharePoint, Word, etc. 7+ years of experience in finance or pricing related role,
