- JD for MT-MX Migration / ISO20022 BA Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in MT-MX. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data providing insights and supporting strategic decision-making processes. Soft Skills Ability to engage stakeholders through clear, confident communication (verbal & written) Critical Thinking, questioning and analytical skills Willingness to work on continuously evolving program setup Ability to work with wide variety of stakeholders across globally distributed teams Domain Knowledge Fundamental understanding of MT-MX equivalence of various messages Basics of ISO20022 messaging formats (PACS, CAMT messages specifically) Fundamental understanding of entities involved in clearing & settlement of financial transactions BA/PO Skills Conduct & participate in critical agile meetings user story refinement, walkthrough, demo sessions with stakeholders, sprint planning, estimations, sprint reviews & retrospectives Detailing User Stories in JIRA format, writing scenarios in Given When Then format Ability to understand business process flows, system process flows Create / update / understand process flow diagrams Mapping of data elements Comfortable with working on excel sheets, handling large data sets Ability to do impact analysis on upstream/ downstream systems Location - Mumbai Interested candidates please share your CV to hidden_email,
