Job Title: Lead Compensation & Benefits (C&B)- JL5B Key Responsibilities Compensation Revision Cycle: Oversee the administration of the compensation revision cycle, including data analysis, budgeting, and deployment in collaboration with business HR. Lead compensation restructuring initiatives. Data Analysis: Conduct periodic reviews and analyses of compensation data to provide meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Wage Compliance: Ensure compliance with wage regulations through regular checks and governance. Benchmarking: Perform compensation benchmarking for various roles using both market and internal data. Innovative Programs: Design and implement innovative compensation programs aimed at attracting and retaining top talent. Process Improvement: Oversee the management of systems and processes, recommending enhancements to better support departmental objectives. Skills and Knowledge Required: Experience: Minimum of 7 years in the field / PG + 5 years C&B Expertise: At least 2-4 years of experience specifically in Indias compensation and benefits domain, demonstrating strong knowledge in this area.
