Job Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled Low Code No Code and Industrial Data Ops Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with low code no code platforms such as Tulip and Mendix, as well as a profound understanding of Industrial Data Ops platforms like HighByte, HiveMQ, and Mosquitto. This role necessitates a strong grasp of IT/OT convergence, substantial experience in the manufacturing domain, and familiarity with Lite MES implementation. Preferably, the candidate should also have experience in the Life Sciences industry. Location: Pune/Hyderabad/Bangalore. Experience : 10+yrs Key Responsibilities: Platform Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of low code no code platforms (Tulip, Mendix) to develop and deploy applications that optimize industrial operations. Data Ops Management: Implement and manage Industrial Data Ops platforms such as HighByte, HiveMQ, and Mosquitto to ensure seamless data integration and optimization. IT/OT Convergence: Facilitate the convergence of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) to enhance manufacturing processes and improve overall efficiency. Lite MES Implementation: Lead the implementation of Lite Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to support manufacturing operations and improve production workflows. Industry Compliance: Ensure that all solutions comply with industry standards and regulations, particularly within the Life Sciences sector. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and engineering, to identify and address business needs and technical challenges. Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the fields of low code no code and Industrial Data Ops, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our operations. Required Qualifications: Proven experience with low code no code platforms such as Tulip and Mendix. Strong understanding of Industrial Data Ops platforms like HighByte, HiveMQ, and Mosquitto. In-depth knowledge of IT/OT convergence and its application in industrial settings. Experience in the manufacturing domain and familiarity with Lite MES implementation. Preferably, experience in the Life Sciences industry. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology). Certifications in relevant platforms and technologies. Experience with additional low code no code platforms and Industrial Data Ops tools. Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members.
