- Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 9 years of experience in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning o9 Integrated Business Planning o9 Demand Planning and o9 Supply Chain Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of design and release management in the hi-tech domain. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required. Responsibilities Develop and implement solutions using o9 Supply Chain Master Planning to optimize supply chain processes. Utilize o9 Integrated Business Planning to ensure seamless integration of business planning activities. Apply o9 Demand Planning techniques to accurately forecast demand and improve inventory management. Leverage o9 Supply Chain Analytics to analyze data and provide actionable insights for decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and release management processes in the hi-tech domain. Ensure the successful deployment of o9 solutions by following best practices and industry standards. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for o9 applications to ensure smooth operations. Conduct regular performance assessments and optimizations to enhance system efficiency. Develop and maintain documentation for all implemented solutions and processes. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in o9 technologies and supply chain management. Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Contribute to the companys purpose by improving supply chain efficiency and driving innovation in the hi-tech industry. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in o9 Supply Chain Master Planning o9 Integrated Business Planning o9 Demand Planning and o9 Supply Chain Analytics. Have experience in design and release management within the hi-tech domain. Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement effective supply chain solutions. Show proficiency in analyzing data and providing actionable insights. Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication skills. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of o9 technologies and supply chain management best practices. Be capable of troubleshooting and providing technical support for o9 applications. Have a proactive approach to learning and professional development. Display strong documentation and organizational skills. Be committed to improving supply chain efficiency and driving innovation. Show the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Demonstrate a strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to deliver solutions that meet those needs.
