Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in OT Empower Editor OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager. This hybrid role requires a professional who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel. The Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of solutions using OT Empower Editor OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager. Oversee the development and maintenance of architectural frameworks and standards. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure the scalability performance and security of architectural solutions. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain documentation for architectural designs and processes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams. Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices into architectural designs. Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of architectural goals. Provide training and mentorship to junior architects and development team members. Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectural processes and methodologies. Qualifications Possess a strong background in OT Empower Editor OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in designing scalable and secure architectural solutions. Have experience in conducting code reviews and providing technical feedback. Be capable of working effectively in a hybrid work model. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.,
