Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager , Financial Planning & Analysis ( FP&A ) ! In this role, you will be responsible to support the Finance, FP&A team in managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analyzing the trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), related to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, and profit margin . Responsibilities Perform variance analysis to budget/forecast and support Internal and External management reporting. Support month end accruals and provisions. Work on material costing for transfer pricing and work with multiple teams for costing inputs. Maintenance of fixed asset register with details and process fixed asset transactions. Support COGS calculation and work on standard profitability reporting. Support stock provisioning and perform variance analysis at volume, country, model and mix. Work with regional Business Units and provide drivers of variance/performance with commentary. Reconcile transaction level details with ledgers (HFM) and work with regional teams to find out reasons for variances vs plan. Support monthly business reviews and balance sheet reconciliation. Perform variance analysis for G&A budget vs actuals, reporting of G&A expenses and Accruals Support aftermarket sales management reporting at regional business units and HQ level. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Q ualifications B.Com /MBA (Finance)/CA equivalent degree with a strong academic record Relevant work experience in Finance, good communication skills Preferred Q Ualifications / Skills Previous experience in Finance functions Having strong knowledge on Financial Instruments. Well versed and hands on experience on Excel & Excel Formulas. Good MS Office (excel, Power Point, Word) skills.
