Job Description

    Overview THE ROLE: (Small summary of what you are looking for)- Responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulations specific to India and working with different functions to support the implementation of identified compliances as needed. Must demonstrate the ability to manage a large and diverse group of functions. An accomplished individual capable of building a cohesive team, with a proven track record of consistently exceeding performance goals and managing operations in a demanding business environment. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: Review the new statutory compliance requirements shared by the compliance tool vendor and understand the applicability by discussing with respective functions & legal where required. Ensure that all applicable compliances are maintained in the Compliance tool along with tagging of Owner for each compliance. Scheduled reviews/discussions with compliance owners and conduct sample audit of compliances. Monitoring the compliance of Consumer protection (Direct Selling) Rules and ensure filing of undertaking under state monitory mechanism, updating the company website etc on time. Preparation of flyer to associates on the changes in compliance requirements. Updating the Compliance booklet and the FSSAI RC/LC application process and circulate the same to associates. Ensure compliance under plastic waste management rules by calculation of EPR target, co ordinating with waste management agencies for getting credit certificates on time and filing of annual return on time. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Share supervisory duties, if applicable) Stick to timelines in all deliverables, Ensure high staff morale, trust and work ethics Strong problem -solving skills with an ability to derive innovative solutions SKILLS AND BACKGROUND REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: (List requirements, including education and experience needed for the job) *limit 6-7 bullets Skills: Good working knowledge in Microsoft office, Analytical skill, Presentation Skills, People management, Interpersonal Skill, Planning, Judgement, and decision making, complex problem solving and critical thinking.
