Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Workday HCM Workday Integrations and Workday Finance. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of Finance and Accounting domains. This role will involve developing implementing and maintaining Workday solutions to support our business needs. Responsibilities Develop and implement Workday HCM solutions to meet business requirements. Oversee the integration of Workday with other systems to ensure seamless data flow. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Design and develop custom reports and dashboards in Workday. Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday system. Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates. Lead the testing and validation of Workday configurations and integrations. Provide training and support to end-users on Workday functionalities. Monitor system performance and optimize processes for efficiency. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and best practices. Participate in project planning and management activities. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Qualifications Possess a strong technical background in Workday HCM Workday Integrations and Workday Finance. Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing Workday solutions. Have a good understanding of Finance and Accounting domains. Show proficiency in designing custom reports and dashboards in Workday. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Display strong collaboration and communication skills. Maintain a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends. Demonstrate the ability to lead testing and validation processes. Possess experience in providing training and support to end-users. Show capability in conducting system audits and ensuring data integrity. Have experience in project planning and management. Exhibit a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.,
