Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 10 years of experience in Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Warehouse Management systems. This hybrid role requires a candidate who can work effectively in a day shift. No travel is required. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions using Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Warehouse Management solutions. Provide technical expertise in the development and enhancement of WMS applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active. Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design coding testing and deployment. Work closely with business analysts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Optimize and enhance existing WMS solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to Warehouse Management systems. Provide training and support to end-users on WMS applications. Document technical specifications and project-related documentation. Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of WMS solutions with other systems. Qualifications * Must have extensive experience with Manhattan WMS and Manhattan Active. Should have a strong understanding of Warehouse Management systems and processes. Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should have experience in full software development lifecycle. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Nice to have experience in other Warehouse Management systems. Should be proactive in learning and adapting to new technologies. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Should have experience in providing technical support and training to end-users. Must be able to document technical specifications clearly and concisely.
