Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 7 to 9 years of experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive efficiency and innovation in our planning processes. Responsibilities Lead the implementation of Kinaxis solutions to optimize supply chain planning processes. Oversee the integration of Kinaxis Inventory Planning & Optimization to ensure accurate inventory levels. Provide expertise in Kinaxis Sales & Operations Planning to align supply and demand effectively. Utilize Kinaxis Demand Planning to forecast and manage demand fluctuations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance planning accuracy and efficiency. Develop and maintain planning models to support decision-making processes. Conduct regular reviews of planning processes to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in supply chain management. Train and mentor team members on Kinaxis tools and methodologies. Monitor key performance indicators to track the effectiveness of planning strategies. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on planning objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance. Support the development of strategic plans to meet organizational goals. Qualifications * Possess extensive experience in Kinaxis Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning. Demonstrate strong domain knowledge in Research and Development Manufacturing and Supply Chain. Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining planning models. Have a proven track record of driving process improvements in supply chain management. Display strong communication and collaboration skills. Be adept at training and mentoring team members. Certifications Required Kinaxis Fundamentals Certification,
