Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an Online Analyst with 2 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in customer service and English speaking. Experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains is a plus. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts providing an opportunity to work in a dynamic and flexible environment. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various online platforms Communicate effectively in English to address customer inquiries and resolve issues Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience Monitor online channels for customer interactions and respond promptly Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Assist in developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and service techniques Contribute to team meetings and share best practices for customer service Support the development of online content to assist customers Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Adapt to rotational shifts and hybrid work model to meet business needs Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in customer service and English speaking Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills Have experience in ISV and Hi-Tech domains (nice to have) Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid and rotational shift environment Exhibit problem-solving skills and attention to detail Display a customer-centric approach and a positive attitude Maintain flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work setting.,
