- Job Summary Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Base24-EPS transaction processing solutions. Provide expert guidance on product enhancements and new features. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with business goals. Conduct thorough analysis of transaction processing requirements and develop appropriate solutions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for product features and functionalities. Monitor product performance and implement improvements as needed. Facilitate training sessions for internal teams on new product features. Engage with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development. Support the sales team with technical expertise during client interactions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Possess in-depth knowledge of Base24-EPS transaction processing. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Showcase excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Have a proven track record of managing product lifecycles. Display proficiency in creating detailed product documentation. Show commitment to staying current with industry trends and best practices. Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. Possess strong organizational and time management skills. Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing product issues. Have experience in providing technical support to sales teams. Demonstrate ability to lead training sessions for diverse teams. Show dedication to continuous learning and professional development. Base24 Classic JD Experience on TAL TACL debugging defect fixing on HP Tandem systems. Experience in handling ATM POS EMV Tokenized transactions. Responsible for Design Develop Test Build Document and Troubleshooting capabilities to satisfy business requirements. Responsible for Low Level Design creation from the Functional Specification document. Development aligning to the client coding standards and guidelines. Report the progress on agreed frequency to leadership team. Clear concept of Pathway BATCHCOM FUP INSPECT EINSPECT BIND SCF SCUP. Experience on ENSCRIBE/SQL databases usage of XPNET configuration and commands. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills experience on Base24 ATM POS Schemes BIC ISO Host ISO interchange interfaces. Knowledge of transaction testing tools or simulators. Good understanding on ISO8583 message format,
