Responsibilities Good understanding of the various AP related processes including but not limited to the following: Process Purchase Order, Non-Purchase Order (FI), eInvoices as per the established process Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports and recording entries Process travel and expense reports of employees by receiving and verifying expense reports for advances and receipts Report sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices Qualifications we seek in you!
