Inviting applications for the role of Lead Project Initiatives Specialist Manager English On Site Krakow A Lead Project Initiatives Specialist in Genpact is responsible for delivering tangible benefits and reducing costs by improving business processes, solving problems, and inspiring change within the organization. Helps implement a culture of continuous improvement through "leading by example" and facilitating the delivery of business impact/results. Responsibilities Work with transformation services, solutions, transition, training and operational teams to understand and deliver contractual commitments and customer priorities; Work with operations leaders, vertical leaders and customers to craft, implement and drive value generating roadmaps and/or transformation roadmaps; Craft, plan and drive the value-generating roadmaps on the aligned accounts; Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes and drive significant business impact for customers; Work closely with operational and functional teams to identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements & digital solutions across the business or organization; Build process perfection culture in the team; Drive standardization and global best practices within the organization Motivate change management within Operations and customer organization; Execute and supervise the annual goals assigned by Quality function management; Qualifications Minimum qualifications Bachelors degree Significant work experience Proven project management experience with the ability to balance multiple tasks Validated people leadership skills Experience in Process Improvement Methodologies Preferred Qualifications Green Belt certification/ongoing Black Belt certification Previous experience in a multinational company would be an advantage; In-depth knowledge of project planning techniques, Agile methodology, and automated project planning tools along with relevant certifications is an added advantage What can we offer Attractive salary Stable job offer employment contract Various trainings (initiating, soft skills) Possibility of development Benefits (Insurance, Luxmed, Multisport, Lunchpass Card, additional vacation days, biking policy) As an Equal Opportunity Employer we encourage you to apply to this opening position(s) with your preferred CV format.
