The role requires proficiency in designing high-quality residential and commercial spaces, ensuring both aesthetic appeal and functionality. Qualifications And Skills Proven experience in interior design with a focus on luxury and high-end spaces, demonstrating an eye for detail and a passion for aesthetics (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in AutoCAD to create detailed architectural drawings and design plans with precision and clarity. Skilled in SketchUp for 3D modeling, providing visual representation of projects. Knowledgeable in Revit to enhance the design process through Building Information Modeling (BIM). Experience with 3ds Max to create realistic visualizations and animations of interior spaces. Strong capabilities in Adobe Photoshop for design presentations and digital renderings. Familiarity with Virtual Reality (VR) Design to offer immersive experiences to clients and stakeholders. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly in a multidisciplinary team environment. Roles And Responsibilities Design and oversee the creation of interior spaces that align with our luxury and quality objectives. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive project development. Utilize advanced tools and technology to develop innovative, sustainable interior design solutions. Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback into the final designs. Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations, focusing on safety and sustainability. Manage the selection and sourcing of materials, fixtures, and furnishings to meet project specifications and budget. Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges, and ensuring timely delivery of all interior design elements.
