Job Description
- Job Responsibilities Policies, Processes and Procedures Execute various processes for established project controls in line with functions standards & regulations Implement new initiatives/ projects as per established policies to meet future requirements of project controls processes Provide inputs for improvement in project planning processes, procedures, specifications and best practices Implement programs to optimize project controls practices in line with overall project management objectives Project Controls Management Develop project schedules as per project specification considering productivity, cycle time, logistics in adherence to quality, safety and regulatory norms Prepare EPC schedule, to be reviewed and approved by Project Controls Manager Prepare baselines to assist the Project control manager Assist Project Controls Manager with the execution of plans as per business needs Prepare construction master & subsequent project schedules in line with business plan, Project Execution Plan (PEP) & Logistic Plan Identify ideal sequencing of events in the correct order to establish critical path for the project to finish on time and on budget Education Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/ diploma or equivalent in Civil/ Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering Experience : 12-15 years of experience in construction with exposure to project planning & controls function in sector as Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Oil & Gas and Energy,
