In this role, we are seeking a Senior SDET who will work across consumer-facing web, mobile, mobile app, ecommerce and the broader marketing technology space applications. This position must have a solid foundation for both consumer-facing web QA and QA automation. Responsibilities Mobile/UI automation testing using NodeJs automation experience. Selenium/Apium experience required Record and analyze test results, comparing them against expected outcomes to ensure high quality Provide insights from a users perspective to improve the client-side experience Enhance and mature regression testing processes, ensuring comprehensive coverage and efficiency Design and document detailed test plans for various projects Participate actively in an Agile development environment, contributing to daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives Lead QA efforts for web application releases, ensuring smooth transitions to production Be available to address critical production issues, including after-hours support when necessary Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills Bachelors degree in business information systems (IS), computer science or related field, or equivalent-related IT experience Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Proven experience in developing, executing, and documenting test cases, test plans, and test scripts Hands-on experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing Experience in eCommerce testing Experience in testing websites across multiple platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile) Experience with testing tools like LambdaTest or BrowserStack Experience with API endpoint testing using tools like Postman Experience testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms Good understanding of automated testing frameworks (with the desire to develop further skills). Work experience in this area is a plus.
