Job Accountabilities Decide on the short and medium term plan for leadership and management development domain, using scientific methods for learning need analysis at employee and organizational level Articulate the comprehensive development landscape and the annual development plan Ensure design, development and delivery of interventions using contemporary methodologies with focus on learner experience, efficiency and effectiveness Guide and develop team members towards executing the agenda in partnership with HR teams across the organization Decide on multi-level outcome measures, programme specific and overall, and report to stakeholder in a structured manner Partner with reputed external agencies for design and delivery as needed Facilitate intervention / sessions on key topics Work closely with talent management team for developing high calibre talent across the organization Competencies (Knowledge & Skills) Required Creative Content Development and Content Curation skills Strong Program Management Skills Learning technology Learning Analytics Influencing & Stakeholder Management Team Building & Development Facilitation Skills & Presentation Skills Qualifications MBA (Human Resource Management) Experience 12-15 years of experience (with at least 5+ years of experience of designing and deploying organization-wide learning interventions),
