Job Description

Job Title: IT/HR Recruitment Specialist
Location: Jaipur (Onsite at Bapu Nagar)
Work Days: Monday - Saturday
Salary: 15,000 Fixed + Incentives/Month

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic IT/HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication skills, proficient in email writing, and have a keen interest in recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT and HR positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Key Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong email communication and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
