Job Description
- Please send the resumes" hidden_email". Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of WFM planners and schedulers. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Coordinate team activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals. 2. Forecasting and Planning: Oversee the forecasting process to predict staffing needs based on historical data and business trends. Develop and implement workforce plans to align with business objectives and operational requirements. 3. Scheduling: Supervise the creation and maintenance of employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage. Address scheduling conflicts and make adjustments in response to real-time changes in demand or staffing. 4. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze reports on workforce performance, adherence, and other key metrics. Present insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and strategic planning. 5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in workforce management processes and implement best practices. Drive initiatives to enhance scheduling efficiency, accuracy, and overall team productivity. 6. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with other departments to understand their staffing needs and ensure effective coordination. Communicate scheduling changes, updates, and key information to relevant stakeholders.,
