The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the creation of various design elements, making necessary layout changes, and supporting the overall design process. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Assist in developing and producing high-quality designs for a range of projects, including digital and print media. Layout Adjustments: Make necessary adjustments and modifications to existing layouts to ensure they align with brand guidelines and project requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers and other team members to understand project briefs and deliver creative solutions. Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the brands visual identity and guidelines. Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from senior designers and stakeholders to refine and improve designs. File Management: Maintain organized files and project assets for easy access and retrieval. Support: Assist the creative team with additional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the department.
