Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager-Record to Report We are looking for Candidate should be an expert in RTR Intercompany accounting with good working experience in Oracle. He / she have sound accounting knowledge with operations management. Should have managed the Intercompany team in the past with extensive team and client window. Should have excellent client handling skills. Candidate should have proven experience in process improvements and other efficiency projects. Oracle experience is a must and BPO experience is preferred Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month-end closing activities. Intercompany Accounting and team management Process / review intercompany transaction Understand the flow of IC transaction both upstream and downstream process with impact on books of accounts Should understand the workflow and has proven experience in working on SLs Manage the intercompany team and ensure smooth operations SLA management and ensure all SLAs are met Should have ideated improvement ideas and implemented the same in RTR space Should have proven experience of journal, reconciliations, settlement and reporting experience for intercompany accounting Ensure all required documents are maintained and upto date Overall responsibility of team management and development. Should be able to proactively assess and mitigate risk and should be able to give solutions Excellent team handling skills and ensure absence is not impacting delivery management. Oracle experience is a must Qualifications we seek in you!
