- Role: Airlines Program Manager Skills: Program Management & experience of working in Aviation industry Location: Hyderabad Experience: 18+ years Mode: Work from office We at Coforge are hiring Airlines Program Delivery Manager with the following skillset: Job Description The Senior Program Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading complex projects, managing multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. This role will have high visibility within the organization and will be responsible for overseeing the program and managing relationships with clients and driving program success. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-priority programmes involving cutting-edge technology. Have experience in setting up Global Capability Centre (GCC). Serve as the primary point of contact with strategic customers, ensuring strong relationships and successful program delivery. Collaborate with Airport engineering, innovation, and operational teams to align program goals with company objectives and customer needs. Address performance issues within teams, implement corrective actions, and drive efficiency to improve program outcomes. Manage program budgets, track performance against goals, and ensure return on investment aligns with business objectives. Contribute to strategic decisions around growing the programmes. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align program goals, share progress, and solve complex challenges. Support definition of future technical scope, capability, and details of program requirements, customer needs, and deliverables. Obtain and manage the necessary cross-functional resources across the programmes. Identify and resolve critical issues, such as product delivery delays and changes to customer requirements, to ensure customer satisfaction.,
