ob Summary: We are seeking a proactive BDE to drive insurance sales, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. The role involves market research, business development, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify & develop new business opportunities for insurance products. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Build & maintain relationships with clients and corporate partners. Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1-5 years of experience in insurance sales or financial services. Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales goals. IRDAI certification (preferred).
