Job Description
- Skills: risk assurance, compliance derivatives, regulatory compliance, report pricing, hedge accounting, trading, Scope: Refining and Manufacturing - Middle office team monitors risk assurance & control, reports performance and publishes analysis for physical and derivative trading undertaken in R&M business and ensuring RBI compliance and SEBI corporate Governance The key role responsibilities for this role include ensuring validation of both physical & paper deals, ensuring regulatory compliance relating to derivatives, Daily exposure monitoring, adherence to relevant policies & guidelines, and review of MIS reports. Key Responsibilities Independent validation of Term Proposals of all physical deals received from Trading and valuation of Hedging & View based derivative proposal. Review & Report pricing exposure for commodity trades. Ensure compliance of deals if they comply with the internal policies, are within all relevant limits and are consistent with rolling plans, grade requirements & availabilities and the mandates / authority levels of the trader. Ensured RBI Regulatory compliance relating to derivatives and Disclosures on Commodity hedging and SEBI corporate Governance. Review of trading desk P&L & Performance report with detailed analysis. Hedge accounting, Review of MTM reports, Exception reports, Value At Risk report, GFRC report, Hedge effective report Daily Exposure measurement and advice to Trading for flat price hedging. Facilitate Statutory & Internal Audit and addressing audit inquiries. Identify any limit breaches, policy deviations and operational exceptions and escalate them accordingly. Review process controls & work towards improvement & Automation. Required Qualification: MBA from top ranked colleges,
