Job Description
- Mela Fine Foods is a premium brand of carnival foods launched to standardize taste and hygiene of street food in India. We are looking for a hustler, a self starter who can wear multiple hats and help build the brand with unlock growth for our brand . Key responsibilities Include Managing , setting up and reviewing of all processes requiring our food carts to be operational. Developing and executing processes for QC, channel and distribution of our food to multiple locations. * Ensuring standards are adhered to for quality and hygiene Ensuring sales and growth on Swiggy/ Zomato and other digital platforms Team building for both offline and online channels bringing in people aligned with our culture and mindset. Develop strategy to drive sales at our locations through all our marketing initiatives Ensure smooth delivery of the product and a pleasant customer experience. Building networks and identify new product opportunities. Managing relationships with key vendors and doing proper competitive research to ensure relevancy and competitiveness. Identifying opportunities and channels for new vendors . You are someone . From a reputed institute, preferably but not necessarily an MBA / post grad from hospitality background Proficient in online sales, running of cloud kitchens and driving growth of food brands Have excellent visual, verbal and written communication and a keen eye for design. Have a minimum 5 years of hands on experience driving business growth , handling P&L and or running own food brands / restaurants with a cloud kitchen. Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively with other stakeholders and manage a team with respect. Have an affinity towards acute problem solving and an aching need to work towards a better, cleaner world. A natural love for street food and a generally pleasant, hardworking personality.
