Tool Design Engineer(CATIA Software) @ Alexa manpower

Job Description

    1) Should be a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering. 2) Should be able to use Computer efficiently- A) Should have expertise in Microsoft office ( Power point , Excel , word etc ) B) Expertise in working on CATIA software C) Should have good knowledge of UG-NX 3) Expertise in Drawing and Design practices A) Should be able to read all engineering drawings. B) Should be able to create drawings form samples or concepts. 4) Should have good analytical and mathematical abilities. 5) Knowledge of Intrinsic properties of SS material and its behavior in press tool working. 6) Knowledge of Embossed sheet metal behavior in press tool working 7) Should be able to draw Free Body Diagrams ( and further force analysis ) for static and dynamic conditions. 8) Good knowledge of Applied Mechanics and Strength of Materials. 9) Good knowledge of materials and its applications.  Good knowledge of material standards. 10) Good knowledge of materials heat treatment. 11) Good knowledge of LIMITS , FITS and TOLERANCES. 12) Good knowledge of intrinsic properties of sheet metals ( MS , SS , AL ) 13) Good knowledge of all machining processes including CNC 14) Knowledge of FEA ( Finite Element Analysis ) and FEM ( Finite Element Methods )   *Additional Requirements* 1) Expertise in Press Tool designing of all kinds of press tools 2) Expertise in deciding process plans 3) Knowledge of CAM ( Computer Aided Machining ) programs codes. 4) Knowledge of Machine controllers and its abilities 5) Knowledge of all kinds of presses and its use 6) Good Knowledge of Forming Simulation softwares -   A) Able to read and analyze Post Processing results   B) Meshing   C) Pre-Processing   7) Thorough knowledge of sheet metal materials.   8)Thorough knowledge of materials used in press tools
