Job Description

HI, Exp: 5+ Years Primary Skills (must have) SAP Solution Manager Functional skills Technical monitoring, ChaRM, Process Management, Cloud ALM, Root Cause Analysis, Focus Insights Secondary Skills ( can have) SAP Basis 1. Should have Basic and advance Solution manager Technical & Functional skills on Solman 7.2 on HANA 2. Must have sound knowledge and hands-on in Technical monitoring, Focus Insights Dashboards, EWA reporting, SAM, Solman Mandatory wizards, SMD agents, SLD and LMDB update, MSC etc. 3. Must have working knowledge on Solution documentation, ChaRM and Solman admin functions, understanding of change movement process is desirable 4. Able to setup system monitoring for all kinds of SAP systems using Technical monitoring, PIMon, UXMON, BPMON, etc. 5. Sound understanding of Solman concepts like Extractors, Data collectors, MO specific alert setup, SMD agents, Wily Introscope, RFC communications, Alert calculation engine, MAI etc. 6. Knowledge on any one or more third party tool for alert forwarding from Solman 7. Knowledge and working experience of any one ticketing tool i.e. Remedy, ITSM etc. with understanding of KPIs like SLA, MTTR etc. 8. Should have good knowledge and understanding of BPMON, Focus insights, SAM dashboards, CDC, DVM & CCLM functionalities 9. Should have done Solman upgrades, patching, SMD and host agent upgrade , wily upgrade and usage etc. 10. Good knowledge on RCA, Guided Procedure, downtime management and maintenance planer activities 11. Working knowledge on Solman BASIS and HANA DB admin activities will be good to have along with moderate Unix skills 12. SCP and other cloud monitoring setup is desirable 13.
