Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to company executives, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and logistics management. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders,
effectively communicating and representing the executives' interests.
Prepare and distribute memos, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
