Job Description
- Salary from 18k to 20k
- 9:30 AM to 6 PM (6 days a week)
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment or HR
- Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
- Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
- Ensuring compliance with CA and regulations
- Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
- Managing employee separation processes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
As an HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resources functions within our organization. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around recruiting, on boarding, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
