Job Description
- Profile: ICT Project Coordinator Location: Noida International Airport Project site, Jewar UP. Job Type: Contract Minimum Experience: 5 - 7 years Budget: 8-10 LPA Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Coordinator to oversee ICT project work on-site. The Site Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of ICT-related tasks, coordinating with various and stakeholders teams, and ensuring that projects are completed on time as per project schedule. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee all on-site ICT project activities. Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Have good working experience in the Network Active-Passive, CCTV, PA, BMS, FDAS and ELV system site Implementation work. Ensure that all project activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure project milestones are achieved. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Manage and track project resources, including vendor personnel, equipment, and materials. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and schedules. Coordinate with all the project stakeholders, vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of the project services. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members and stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and any issues encountered. Have to work in day /night shifts as per the project priority requirements. Qualifications: Bachelors/Diploma degree in any discipline. Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar role within the ICT industry. Strong understanding of ICT project management principles and practices. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
