Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the Salesforce industry, particularly in overseas sales. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce products and services, combined with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen. With at least 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, and client management, this individual will drive growth initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and expand our market presence on a global scale. Roles & Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion in overseas markets. Identify and engage with potential clients, understand their business needs, and position our Salesforce solutions as the optimal choice to meet their requirements. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate forecasting, and effective pipeline management. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer success, to align business development initiatives with organizational goals and priorities. Qualifications: 1. Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management roles within the Salesforce ecosystem. 2. Proven track record of successfully driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in overseas & Domestic markets. 3. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, services, and industry trends. 4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and identify growth opportunities. 5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.,
