Job Title: Collection Officer (South Location)

Job Description:
We are seeking a Collection Officer for the South location with a minimum of 1 year of experience in field collection, specifically for Group Loans or Joint Liability Groups (JLG). The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely collection of payments, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the assigned region. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field collections (Group Loan or JLG)
• Graduation is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a field-based role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:
Up to 25,000 CTC per month.
