Conducting staff training
Conducts employee training classes on the characteristics and operation of medium to high complexity and/or various product lines/technology, tools, or customer processes, including basic soft skills.
Will be responsible for designing and updating entry-level training materials and courses based on customer and/or internal needs, organizing training content in a logical sequence for delivery.
Work with subject matter experts to help validate that content is current and effective.
Analyzes and prepares resources and training materials to teach classes.
Collect training feedback from participants.
Analyzes, produces, and distributes training reports, as required.
Analyze training feedback from participants.
Ensure new hires undertake mandatory trainings on security and safety practices.
Trainer Requirements:
Certified Professional in T3.
Looking for 4+years of overall experience
2+years of experience as Process/Product Trainer
Outstanding knowledge of learning theories and training methodologies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for teaching and public speaking.
Strong teamwork abilities.
In-depth knowledge of staff learning and assessment protocol.
Friendly and approachable.
