Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Talent Acquisition)
Location: Work from Office
Shift: General Shifts
Working Days: 6 days per week
Preferred Candidate: Male/Female candidates with experience in BPO industry and bulk hiring

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Recruitment Executive (Talent Acquisition) to join our team. In this role, you will develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, build and manage talent networks, and support the hiring needs across various departments within IGT.
What you would be doing:
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Develop and implement recruitment goals and objectives aligned with organizational needs, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels including resume databases, talent networks, job boards, and social media.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ensuring a clear alignment in candidate selection.
- Job Description Creation: Write and proofread job descriptions for clarity and consistency, ensuring they reflect the roles and expectations accurately.
- Recruitment Strategy Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and recommend improvements to meet business hiring goals.
- Candidate Screening & Interviewing: Review applicants to ensure they meet qualifications, interview candidates while adhering to company rules, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding: Implement recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies to enhance IGTs reputation as an employer of choice.
- Recruiting Metrics & Reporting: Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare weekly reports to track progress, measure success, and identify areas for improvement.
- Legal Compliance: Adhere to all laws, rules, and regulations governing hiring practices, including personal data privacy regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the BPO industry, with a focus on bulk hiring.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Talent Acquisition Expertise: Ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
- Recruitment Metrics: Solid understanding of recruitment KPIs and ability to analyze recruitment data.
- Recruitment Channels: Experience with multi-channel recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with strong time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
