Job Description

worked in Project as well as civil maintenance work of Industry with ERP system

Industry Type: Chemical Industry / Engg. Consultant

Desired Technical Skills: Design, Planning & Execution of Civil Projects

Knowledge for construction norms, construction cods and design aspect

Soft Skill - Autocad

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for reviewing the civil and structural design of proposed building/structure
Responsible for planning of project execution with respect to civil structure function to insure timely completion of project
Preparation of contract document including BOQ etc. and forwarding for inquiry/tenders.
To evaluate the offers received and participate in techno commercial meetings with contractors.
To supervise the quality of civil structure jobs during execution.
To insure safety of man and machines during execution.
To certify the bills of the contractors.
To coordinate with engg consultant in case engg consultant hire for project.
To insure compliance of statutory requirements for project.
Any other related function for any of the operating sites under project Dept.
