Position: Customer Care Executive (Sales & Marketing Profile)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of Sales experience in NBFC or Banking sales/ Freshers can also apply.

- Handle walk-in customers efficiently.
- Adhere to the administrative processes and policies of the organization.
- Understand the customer's needs and interests to cater to them effectively.
- Conduct cold and warm calls on a daily basis to generate leads and engage with customers.
- Achieve monthly targets as allocated.
- Guide and provide the customer with required information about loans and schemes.
- Solve customer queries and handle their concerns in a cooperative and efficient manner.
- Acquire new customers through referrals.
- Keep existing customers updated on their account details.
Position: Gold Appraiser (Sales & Marketing Profile)
Experience: 1 year of Sales experience in NBFC or Banking sales.
Job Description:
- Identify the quality and purity of gold in any form through manual processes.
- Calculate the value of gold pledged by the customer.
- Conduct cold and warm calls on a daily basis to generate leads and engage with customers.
- Achieve monthly targets as allocated.
- Maintain accounting processes, records, and handle cash for gold loan transactions.
- Adhere to the administrative processes, norms, policies, and discipline of the organization.
