Role: Technical Support Associate

Location: Bangalore

Shift: Rotational (including night shifts)

Experience: Freshers (Graduates/Undergraduates with excellent communication skills)

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot hardware components such as laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
• Diagnose and resolve Windows OS-related issues (installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting).
• Handle network connectivity issues and provide real-time resolutions.
• Guide customers through technical problem-solving steps effectively.
• Address issues related to drivers, BIOS, blue screen errors, and system crashes.
• Assist in basic software troubleshooting and system performance optimization.
• Provide exceptional customer support while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi preferred)
Strong logical and analytical thinking
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment
