Designation:Customer Support Executive

Experience: 6 months -7 Yrs

Location: Mumbai (Thane)

 

Function:Handles all customer queries in a professional manner, Gives solution to them & forward to respective department for solution and should see towards customer satisfaction.

Roles and responsibilities:

 

Attend calls from customer & understand their requirement.
After understanding the customer requirement give them a solution.
If solution is not sufficient through phone call, send query to Hardware Or Software Guy.
Also if the customer query is about courier status them let them know & also inform to dispatch team.
Coordination with respective departments depends on customer query.
Handle calls on IVR System.
Make sure about customer satisfaction.
Quick response to customer
Making report as suggested from Senior.
Basic greetings skill on phone.
Other tasks as assigned.

Educational Qualification: Any Graduate

 

Required Skills:

 

o Presentable & Confident& Bold

o Communication Skills

o Good Product knowledge

o Reporting To Seniors

o Should be willing to work as a team without time limit

o Service oriented

 

Note: Prior experience in e-learning projects will be an added advantage also Experience with a start-up would be added advantage.
