About the Company - Omega Healthcare Responsibilities - Responsible for P&L management and managing revenue and margins Leads the overall service delivery for one of the service lines of Omega Will be accountable for the effective management of daily operations and delivery. Manage large groups of professional billers, coders, leads and managers and oversee operational activities activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met. Primary contact for coding questions relating to Client services and Operations. Will be required to work closely with the sales and transition team during POCs Review reports/ dashbord and investigate errors Understands quality matrices and work towards continuous process improvement Should manage multiple tasks and create solutions from available information.
