Job Description

Job : Customer Support Representative

Gender restriction: No restrictions

Working days: Only Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri working

No age limit for candidate

Salary Fixed: 2- 3.5 LPA

Locations- Mumbai

Requirements

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills.
He/She must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. (At least two languages)
He/She must have good interpersonal skills.
He/She must be a team player.
He/She must have good persuasive and convincing skills.

Roles and responsibilities

The main objective is to achieve sales targets by reaching out to customers.
Calling on leads/database for given projects.
Contacting potential customers on phone, by mail, and in person.
Provide all the information related to the project.
Handling customer questions and inquiries.
Coordinating site visits with customers.
Meeting/presentation with prospective clients
Convincing customers to visit the site.
Convincing customers to invest in the project.
Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for site visits and sales.
Prepare reports as per formats.
Participate in the sales meeting.
