If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer satisfaction, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone in a professional and courteous manner. Provide effective solutions to customer issues to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Requirements: Any graduate (except tech grads). Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply. Experience in customer support will be an added advantage. Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Customer handling skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Compensation: For Experienced Candidates: Up to 4.5 LPA. For Freshers: Up to 3 LPA. Additional Benefits: Allowance of 2000 INR. 2-way cab service provided for all shifts.
