Job Description

Job Title: GDS (Air Ticketing Executive)/ Galileo/ LCC Portal Location: Subhash Nagar, New Delhi. Job Type: Full-time Salary Budget: Upto 35k Experience : Galileo and LCC Portal hands on experience is a must. Qualification: Any Graduate Key Responsibilities: Issue and manage air tickets using GDS systems - Handle customer inquiries and provide travel-related information - Ensure accurate and efficient ticketing processes - Meet productivity and quality targets Requirements: - Proven experience in GDS systems, specifically Galileo, Amadeus, LCC Portals, and NDC Portals - Strong knowledge of air ticketing procedures and regulations - Excellent communication and customer service skills Shift Timings: - 11 a.m - 8 p.m (6 days working) - Rotational week off in between Tuesday - Saturday - Sunday/Monday are compulsory working days (exceptions allowed) Note: - Opportunity to work with a dynamic team in the travel industry - Competitive salary Kindly share your resumes at hidden_email and CC the mail id- hidden_email, with details like- Current and Expected In-hand salary.
